Formed in the spring of 1998, the College of Imaging Administrators (CIA) is a professional, non-profit organization designed to provide practical administrative, business, marketing and technical information and support as well as education to managers, directors, administrators and other individuals engaged in the practice of radiology and diagnostic imaging management.
The CIA derives its strength from the willingness of its members to network and share real-world practical experience and advice in solving the many challenges of managing today's academic medical centers, hospitals, private radiology practices, free standing centers, specialty clinic and outpatient centers.
The CIA conducts meetings, featuring speakers within or related to the industry who discuss topics related to the imaging business, leadership and technology. Each education program and gathering is designed to be financially independent and self-supporting.
The CIA recognizes the generous support of many individuals, manufacturers, suppliers and business partners for making these educational offerings possible and affordable.
